中新网11月18日电据中国海洋预报网消息，国家海洋预报台根据《海洋灾害应急预案》，发布风暴潮橙色警报。受强冷空气和今年第24号台风“万宜”(强热带风暴级)的共同影响，预计：18日上午至19日上午，杭州湾至福建漳州沿海将出现40到100厘米的风暴增水，广东潮州至雷州半岛东岸沿海将出现30到80厘米的风暴增水，海南岛北部和东部沿海将出现20到40厘米的风暴增水。福建省漳州市的风暴潮预警级别为橙色；福建省福州市、泉州市、厦门市，广东省汕头市、汕尾市、惠州市、深圳市、广州市、中山市、珠海市和茂名市的风暴潮预警级别为黄色；浙江省嘉兴市、绍兴市、宁波市、舟山市、温州市，福建省宁德市、莆田市，广东省江门市、阳江市、湛江市，海南省海口市、文昌市和琼海市的风暴潮预警级别为蓝色。上述岸段正处天文大潮期，请沿海政府及相关部门按照职责做好防御风暴潮的应急准备工作；各涉海相关生产单位采取积极有效的措施，组织渔船、养殖渔排、养殖场等做好防御工作；加固沿海渔业养殖水产设施和渔港设施，做好防潮准备。

The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life.
