湖南是生态大省，自然资源是生态产品的生产载体和供给主体，但生态产品仍存在“归集难”“度量难”“配置难”“变现难”等问题。通过组合供应，从过去单一土地、矿产资源的出让，拓展至“山水林田湖草”等农用地、生态碳汇、生态种植和旅游观光等领域，为经济社会提供了更加丰富多元的复合型自然资源资产商品，将有效打通“绿水青山”转化成“金山银山”的难点、堵点，推动生态康养、生态文旅等绿色经济发展。

据了解爱游戏登录网页入口网址，上述首批9个项目涉及生态文旅、乡村振兴和土地资产盘活等领域，涵盖土地、矿产、森林、湿地、水等多类自然资源，具有资源种类和权利类型丰富、资产组合形式多样、资产配置方式灵活、兼具示范性和实用性等特点。具体来看，项目属于市本级的有衡阳市、张家界市、邵阳市，属于县市区的有安化县、沅江市、桃江县、通道侗族自治县、靖州苗族侗族自治县，共8个地区。

湖南省自然资源厅相关负责人表示，下一步，湖南将因地制宜打造更多更优的组合供应项目，深化关键环节和配套制度的研究，在不动产登记、资产配置规划、碳汇监测核算和资产整体评估等方面形成技术规则，在组合供应管理、碳汇交易、配置合同和监管协议、公开交易规则、收益管理等方面出台政策文件，让全省自然资源资产组合供应工作驶入发展“快车道”。(完)

The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life.
